The T20I World Champion Team India is slated to play the first T20I match of the three-match T20I series during Sri Lanka tour. Both Sri Lanka and India are to play twenty twenty international matches all three matches at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
Men Blue will go on new voyage after the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024; Sri Lanka tour of 3 T20I and 3 ODIs from 26th July to 7th August.

They have announced their squads for T20 and ODI matches that are to be held between 27th of July, 2024 and 7th of August, 2024. The upcoming series would comprise of 3 ODIs and 3T20s where the Men In Blue in T20 led by Captain Suryakumar Yadav and in ODI led by Rohit Sharma. On the other hand the Sri Lankan team would be led by Charith Asalanka in the T20 format against India. While the Sri-Lankan ODI squad has not been named for the tour till now.
