I was worry after seeing many negative comments on google but then when I went there one evening, the situation was completely different. I was asked to register and pay around Rs. 400 at the front desk followed by an eye test and then eye drops for around 30 mins and then eye test again. After that a doctor tested my eyes and diagnose me and I was done within an hour and a half. For me the experience was really good as I was a first timer.
