One of the users, Aaron, wrote that the Content was as expected, but the app experience was terrible. I can’t watch Content offline (that has been downloaded) because it can’t access the server (because I’m trying to watch offline on a flight); I always lose connection to Chromecast or the app, and the lock screen interfaces show different info, meaning you can’t pause a movie part way through. Overall, it’s not worth it.

On 21 July, Kevin Davidovich wrote that ads are broken, they do not play, and neither does the movie. I can only watch the first section of a film until the first ad. After that, the ad freezes (the sound continues), and the movie doesn’t play after the ad countdown reaches 0. I tried restarting the app and clearing the cache, but I can’t resume the second part of the movie because the first ad will always play first, unskippable and breaking the entire film. They ended up watching pirated versions.

Another user Ricardo Reynoso Fuentes wrote It has some of the best movies and shows which is very good. It works ok on wifi and mobile data, occasionally kicking me out of what I’m watching halfway for no reason. My big issue with this is how hard it is to download something. To download a series, I have to download each episode one at a time or the episodes don’t download and 50% of the time when I’m on the plane which is usually a 12 hour flight, it says there is an error with the download and leaves me with nothing. Do Better Disney.
